Returns & Exchanges
Belle of Hope Company strives for your full satisfaction. If at any time you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange it for free.
Belle of Hope Company will accept returns** for specific purchased on the Belle of Hope Company online store within 7 days from order date for exchanges. You may return for merchandise exchange and place a new order for the item. We do not offer refunds. Only one time exchange is allowed.
**All wigs, headwear coverings and hair product sales are final. No returns or exchanges are permitted.
**No returns are allowed on Final Sale items. All sales are final.
**No discounts are permitted on exchanges. All exchanges are final.
All returns MUST meet the following criteria:
• No scents or odors
• No rips or tears
• No other signs of being worn/used/opened
• All tags must be attached
• All original packaging must be included
• No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted
Failure to return merchandise as listed above will result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without credit. You will be contacted via phone and/or email if your return is being rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order. You may also be charged a $13 rejection processing fee for all rejected returns, all returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (excludes returns due to damage, wrong item sent or issues caused by the company).

You can contact Customer Service by phone at (937) 657-1897 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request your RA # within 7 days of the original order date. Your return/exchange must be postmarked within 3 days upon the RA. being issued.
The RA# must be clearly written on the packing slip AND on the outside of your shipping box or your return will be rejected. Fill out the Return Reason section included on your Packing Slip and include with your return. We recommended that you ship your return using a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package is returned to our warehouse. We suggest that you use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your Return. We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit. We encourage you to use the most economical shipping method for your return. If your return warrants reimbursement of shipping costs, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your original shipping cost. No exchanges will be accepted without an issued RA.
You will be notified via email once your approved return has been received, inspected and processed. Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days. Returns, exchanges, refunds and store credits may be made at the discretion of Belle of Hope Company.

*All shipping promotions apply to US Ground shipments only. **We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.
Additional Shipping Information
For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.
Please note: we cannot ship via a traceable method to any post office boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked.
Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
Shipping Cancellations, Refusals
We understand that ordering a wig for your appearance is an important undertaking, However, it is important to note some of our wigs are special order, once ordering process begins, Labor, Material an Shipping Costs will be incurred. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details.
*Standard orders cancelled within 24 hours after payment confirmation: you will get a full refund.
*Orders cancelled within 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation: you will get a partial refund consisting of 50% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
*Orders cancelled more than 72 hours after payment confirmation: you will get a partial refund consisting of 30% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
*Once the item been delivered, the order can't be cancelled.
**If you do not reply us to confirm your cancellation request within 5 days, we will cancel your order and offer the refund according to our cancellation policy.
If you really have a special circumstances need to cancel the order, please send an email stating your order number to email@example.com. We will calculate the cancellation time according to the time of the email is received.
For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge of 25% of your order total (50% on international orders). Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
